A localização é perfeita e a casa tem um bom espaço porém no verão é insuportável o calor e não tem ar condicionado, são apenas 2 ventiladores fracos ou seja dois quartos com ventilação e quem dorme no sofá cama derrete de tão quente que é a cozinha.
A casa é extremamente suja, estou dizendo extremamente! Telha de aranha nas paredes e no teto, sem contar que todas as camas embaixo estavam muito mais muito suja pra ter ideia nos limpamos pra ver se ficava melhor para a próxima pessoa, ao levantar o tapete da cozinha subiu um cheiro horrível de peixe como se tivesse alguma coisa estragado lá embaixo, horrível!
