單價低，距離市中心不遠，門口有大片的免費停車空間，室內外清潔度都很不錯。有免費的WIFI可以使用，民宿附近有多家早餐店可以選擇。有提供很低價的付費式一次性盥洗用具。新的民宿，外觀漂亮
浴室排水設計不佳，坡度不對，所以地面到整個是濕的無法排水。蓮蓬頭切換的設計奇特，研究了非常久才知道怎麼切換，應該明確有明確的標示說明。因為是新開幕的民宿，所以浴缸的部分，會有工程未清潔乾淨的小沙子一直掉入。衛生紙架是用活動式掛上去的，不小心由下往上碰撞到後，整個衛生紙架就掉了，廁所的衛生紙超過一半都濕掉無法使用。房間門不容易確實鎖緊，多次測試都可以在鎖門之後拉開，安全感不佳。
