Very conveniently located, comfortable beds and lots of nice linens/towels.

The quality and quantity of the cookware and silverware, knives was poor and could be improved. The closest were big, but there were absolutely no dressers or place to store things.

Vivian was a great host and went out of her own way to help us during our stay in Frisco, Texas The apartment was big, comfy and located really conveniently near a Target and gas station for our trip in Dallas. The host helped us when we were trying to resolve a slight inconvenience with the car parking registration as our phones could not reach a link that directed us to a website to register our car for parking so she really helped us by communicating through whatsapp and manually completing the registration The pool and gym facilities were very enjoyable as well as the hospitality and kindness from some of the locals we have met at the gym If I came back to Texas, I would definitely stay here again

Althought I imagine it was not good timing for my group, Throughout most of our stay in the apartment, the WiFi seemed to have gone bust and we had to rely on our mobile data to use the internet. We addressed this to Vivian and planned a delivery for a housekeeping worker to come in and set up the internet in order to resolve the problem, for us it was not an essential amenity, just for the use of convenience as my friends at the time were contacting families from overseas. The good news is, the internet situation was resolved in the last days of our stay in Frisco
