The room was ok, the pool was nice
Drains were blocked, the basin sink was full of oily chunks of grossness, would overflow when brushing teeth. Shower drain would overflow and puddle at feet. No pool towels - had to wait for them to be delivered. No hot water - but fixed fairly quickly. Washing machines mouldy, dryers clunky and did not dry very well. I wanted to buy washing detergent and was told to wait till the next day, coin machine not working.
