The apartment was very spacious and well decorated and fitted out. The location is absolutely perfect, especially in the summer because you don’t even have to leave the complex to go to a major supermarket. Great views across the Marina

The only improvement I would have liked would be a small dining table because when I am working from the apartment it’s great to have a separate table but I managed in the end by using the small table from the bedroom. This is not the fault of anyone because all the apartments in this building are designed that way with a breakfast bar instead.

Apartment located on the 36 floor with a nice view. Kitchen has all the appliances.

Because the apartment was on the 36 floor. During the cold season, and no heaters in the apartment. Was very cold for us. But the main problem, this apartment has a boiler, so you only have 5 to 7 minutes to take a shower before the water turns cold. And that’s a big NO, NO FOR US Also important for anyone who stays at this apartment. The beach is about 20 minute walk, or $10 for Uber. And the pool get very crowded by 11 AM. So if you like a nice, sunny bed, make sure to get there by 9:30 AM latest.
