We stayed as a group of 5 adults and a baby, booking both an apartment (Apt. 18) and a studio with balcony (Room 41). Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were impressed with the size, cleanliness and facilities of both rooms. The location is excellent — the residence is very close to the beach, and there is a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away, which was extremely convenient. Both accommodations were very clean, spacious and well equipped. The apartment was particularly comfortable, with a very large bed and a well-equipped kitchen — we really had everything we needed. It also had a washing machine, microwave and electric oven, which was a big plus, especially when travelling with a baby. The studio was also very spacious, with two double beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Both the apartment and the studio had large, generous balconies A special mention for the flexibility regarding check-in. Although the official check-in time is 18:00, we really appreciated being allowed to check in a little earlier to the first available room, as we were travelling with a baby. This was very helpful and much appreciated.

There were no very clear instructions regarding garbage disposal or who takes care of it. It wasn't a major issue for us, as we simply took the garbage out ourselves every day, so definitely not a deal-breaker. There are two Nord Residence buildings very close to each other, with a children's playground located between them. Because of this, it can get a little noisy at times, especially during the evening / night. Parking wasn't provided, but this wasn't a problem for us as we were able to find free parking right next to the building. Overall, we had a very good experience and would happily stay here again.

Am avut o experiență extraordinară la Nord Residence și pot spune că este una dintre cele mai bune cazări la care am stat pe litoral. Totul a fost exact cum este prezentat în anunț, chiar peste așteptări. Ridicarea cheii se face foarte simplu, de la recepția Hotelului Diana, exact cum este specificat, iar tot procesul a decurs fără niciun fel de problemă. Apartamentul este impecabil. Curățenia este la cel mai înalt nivel, iar pe durata sejurului personalul a venit zilnic să ridice gunoiul și să aducă prosoape curate. Lenjeria nu se schimbă zilnic, dar este absolut normal și nu am considerat acest lucru un minus. Mobilierul, salteaua, patul și toate electrocasnicele sunt moderne, de foarte bună calitate și se vede că sunt bine întreținute. Ai absolut tot ce îți trebuie pentru o vacanță fără griji, iar proprietarii s-au gândit la fiecare detaliu. Un alt avantaj foarte frumos este faptul că primești reduceri la piscina din zonă și două șezlonguri gratuite pe durata sejurului (în ultimele patru rânduri), un beneficiu binevenit. Singurul aspect pe care merită să îl știe turiștii este parcarea. Există locuri în limita disponibilității, însă sunt puține și, în perioadele aglomerate, se ocupă repede. Se poate parca și pe stradă, dar și acolo este destul de greu să găsești un loc. Nu este neapărat un minus al cazării, ci mai degrabă al zonei în sezon. Per total, am fost impresionat de absolut tot. Se vede că există grijă pentru confortul turiștilor, iar raportul calitate-preț este excelent. Recomand din toată inima această cazare și cu siguranță voi reveni. Merită din plin 10/10!
