La zona y el precio, es una zona de un barrio que te encuentras gente durmiendo en la puerta del establecimiento.
El precio es muy elevado para la capacidad de personas que pueden dormir.
En general el apartamento es correcto, moderno y bastante nuevo, pero tiene algunos signos de desgaste. En la habitación no tienes donde dejar la ropa si no es en el armario, no hay más mobiliario. La mampara de la ducha no tenía carril y costaba hacerla cerrar bien, el mueble del lavabo funcional pero sencillo y el grifo de la ducha muy alto para manipularlo, pero correcto.
Diría que para ser un precio adecuado tendrían que rebajarlo un 25% al menos.
