It had a lovely farmhouse feel, rustic and homely The living room was beautiful as well as the 2 rooms with the King beds. The 3rd room with the King bed and Bunk beds felt a little tired and the drawers on the writing table were falling apart The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals so that's good The dining area was a bit dark as the windows were blocked up with heavy wooden panels. Overall, it was very good value
Perhaps we didn't read carefully, there was one toilet and one bathroom for 6 of us to use. We couldn't locate the washing machine till the last day.. it was in a separate little area just opposite the main house. But then, we didn't ask so it's not really the hosts fault. The pillows of the main bed of the children's room were a bit dusty and the pillows did smell used. I placed another pillow case on it and it masked the smell.
