Great location, good value for money.

Great location in the old town, short walk to the sea. In front of building is a small square with a church and a cafe. Old fashion apartment is clean and has everything we need. Kitchen is functional. Nothing fancy, but good value for money. Communication with the owners and check in was easy.

Eine komplette Katastrophe, eine Wohnung im sozialen Brennpunkt

Sie lag gefühlt am Rande eines Ghettos. Die Fassaden des angrenzenden Ghettos waren sehr baufällig. Das Auto hätte wie am Telefon mitgeteilt, in ein nahegelegenen Parkhaus gestellt werden können welches 25,- Euro am Tag gekostet hätte und komplett voll war. Um dann zur Wohnung zu gelangen hätte man durch eine enge, dunkle Gasse gehen müssen. Als wir ankamen trieben sich dort überwiegend männliche Gruppen herum, die im Verhalten (man konnte den Eindruck gewinnen, sie standen unter Einfluss bewusstseinsverändernden Substanzen oder leiden an psychischen Herausforderungen) auch uns gegenüber sehr auffällig waren und uns sehr angsteinflösend musterten. Die Unterkunft liegt im ersten Stock. Der Treppenaufgang ist vergittert ebenso das Fenster direkt neben der Wohnungseingangstür. Am Schlafzimmerfenster fehlt die Vergitterung. Die Wohnungseingangstür wies mehrere Einbruchsspuren auf (vermutlich Brecheisen) und das mit 2 Schrauben drangespaxte 5-Punkt Sicherheitsschloss kann lediglich Deko sein. Der Boden der Wohnung war dreckig (meine Tochter hatte innerhalb von 5 Minuten schwarze Füße) und es stank nach undefinierbaren Gerüchen. Der Herr, welcher uns die Wohnung übergab hatte 2 Schlüssel. Einen davon händigte er uns aus und den anderen behielt er mit einem Grinsen nachdem er uns nochmals gemustert hatte und steckte ihn ein. Ich hatte an diesem Ort um meine kleine Tochter und mich Angst- um unser körperliches Wohl. Ich hatte Angst, dort nicht wohlbehalten wieder mit meiner Tochter aufzuwachen, würden wir die Nacht bzw. Nächte dort verbringen. Nach 15 Minuten verlies ich mit meiner Tochter die Wohnung und lies alles was ich bereits hereingetragen hatte zurück und ging direkt ins nächste Hotel. Am nächsten Tag bin ich dann in Begleitung eines männlichen Hotelgastes zurück zur Wohnung gefahren, um meine Sachen dort heraus zu holen.Der Shuttleservice des Hotels brachte uns dort hin.

A localização bem central. Roupa de cama e banho estavam limpos.

Penso que para ser considerado um "apartamento básico", o imóvel teria que ter "ao menos" o básico e isso ele não tem: 1) O calor dentro do imóvel é insuportável! 🥵 Tem apenas 1 pequeno ventilador para compartilhar entre todos os hóspedes; 2) Falta de manutenção: Quando chegamos, o ralo do box estava completamente entupido, alagando o banheiro. O fogão, que é o único item disponível para cozinhar, não ligava (já que não tem forno sugiro a colocação de ao menos um microondas), porém comunicamos o responsável e no dia seguinte, eles providenciaram o conserto! 👏🏼 3) No quarto, o único guarda-roupas disponível, é usado como depósito de cobertas e travesseiros, não dispondo de espaço para os hóspedes, além de ter o fundo caindo e também, eventualmente, as portas. Tivemos que esvaziá-lo e limpá-lo, para poder guardar nossas roupas! 4) O imóvel estava bastante empoeirado e com as panelas sujas. Enfim, carece de limpeza, itens básicos e manutenção! Deixo aqui uma avaliação com total propriedade, pois também sou anfitrião de imóveis de aluguel e sei que estes itens são definitivos para uma boa avaliação.
