Cooking facilities and location was what I needed
The process after booking to provide photo ID, photo of credit card, selfie, etc, etc was way too extensive and troublesome, especially for a business booking. I will not book again due to the trouble this took.

The house was generally clean and quiet. Close to the shops
Their staff or customer service is below average. I highly advise they employ people who can speak English and communicate better.
