Tudo estava como na foto , muito novo como se nunca tivesse sido locado.
A limpeza do do chão estava muito ruim e temos o costume de andar descalço por causa das crianças, e não tinha condições . Tivemos que comprar um desinfetante e nos mesmo passamos pano no chão . O mais tudo estava muito bom mesmo .

Localização e prédio do apartamento muito boas.
Falta manutenção, tem coisas quebradas. E a limpeza tem que melhorar.

Ótima acomodação, atendeu bem uma família com 5 pessoas.
Senti falta de um liquidificador na residência, um cheiro muito forte de fumaça no ap e não dispõem sacos para lixo e nem papel higiênico.
