Gostamos do imovel do Sr Guilherme . Foi tudo bem pratico. Fizemos o pagamento pra ele e ao chegar ja estava liberado. O imovel estava bem limpo e organizado

O lugar não é nada como aparenta ser , o prédio muito abandonado por dentro, dentro não conseguimos acessar internet e só serve realmente para uma pessoa se você pensa em ir a trabalho e precisar usar a internet não é viável, tudo sujo no apartamento e realmente o que foi viável foi a locação.
Não era nada do que as fotografias mostram estava sujo e tudo muito velho sem manutenção. A vista não é a que vemos nas fotografias.
