La proximité de la mer et des lieux d’intérêt. L’optimisation et la fonctionnalité de l’appartement qui est très bien pensé.

Appartement très bien situé avec une véritable vue sur l'océan. Confortable et bien équipé. Très bon accueil de Sylvie.
Manque une hôte au niveau de la cuisine : à la moindre cuisson, les odeurs envahissent la pièce commune.
