הדירה היתה ממוקמת במקום מצויין נקיה ובעלת הבית היתה חביבה. הבעיה העיקרית היתה שאין!!! מזגן בדירה וגם לא מאורר , אי אפשר היה לישון בלילה ואח"ה היה לוהט ומאוד לא נעים.
אין מזגן זה היה נורא
