I've been staying at sort by stays Kareri for a long time (almost a year). Recently I had a very bad experience that broke my trust for this place, I used to invite my friends over to this place and had good connection with the staff as well and being there for a year you get familiar with everyone. On 10th October I was in my dorm and there were other guests as well. Six of those guests were from the Air force and by the look of it they were well off and from a good family. They asked me to join them for drinks and we were sharing our experiences. We were in the common area and other guests also joined us(a couple) Now the receptionist (Gaurav) whose job is to attend the guests came over and started disrespecting us saying don't you have common sense we are trying to sleep and calling everyone present there "chu**ya" literally abused the guests right in front of them, its all recorded in the camera for proof. This happened around 11:30 -12 pm, being a person who has stayed there for a long time I also asked the guests let's not make noise so the staff can get some sleep, but I cannot hold off people who just wanted to enjoy their holiday, we went outside so they don't get disturbed. One wrong thing done by the guests was they setup the chairs in the middle of the road so I asked them to relocate and the listened and we relocated in hotel parking also none of this would have happened if Gaurav didn't disrespect the guests and ask them to leave. Now our party was over and everyone was leaving. Me being the person who stayed at this property for so long I took all the chairs in and kept them in their place (no one asked me to and I was not obligated to do that but still did it out of my own good will). Next day Gaurav checked the camera and saw that the guests took some chairs outside he didn't confront the people who took those chairs out but instead when they left he called me and started to scream on me he abused me in front of other staff, Like wth I've been a guest at this property for almost a year and they know I've not done anything wrong but to enjoy my time with some unknown travellers and he blamed everything on me. Now I've been travelling for a long time I know a hotel is obligated to provide services even if it gets late (I have experienced it). If the staff there don't want people to enjoy their time they can ask their superiors to add a no drinking policy and change their name to Sort By Meditation. Why come and disrespect people over drinking also there was one female among us she was with her husband, this receptionist guy was making fun of her that made me uncomfortable the next day. He made a comment that I cannot even post here but giving you the idea of their mentality he said "ek toh voh 'R' word ko sharam nhi h akeli itno ke sath pi rhi h raat ko pakka ***** hogi". The staff here are judging everyone who walks in. They act so good and respectful in front of you but behind your backs they make fun of everyone especially any couple. After all this situation that Gaurav had the audacity to blame it all on me. After spending so much time and my money on this property this is what I get. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO BOOK THIS STAY ESPECIALLY SOLO FEMALE TRAVELLERS AND COUPLES. I've been here for a long time I know everything about them, you are being judged by someone whose only job is to serve you.

Location and building were good overall. However, the road leading to the hotel is in poor condition — it's a one-way road with several unmetalled (unpaved) stretches, which becomes quite scary to drive on during heavy rain. Some spots along the way felt genuinely dangerous. On the food side, the quality was good, but options were limited. When we asked for specific dishes or substitutions, we were told certain ingredients weren't available, so we often ended up with only one dish to choose from. Food and drinks were also on the pricier side. Overall, a decent stay let down mainly by the difficult access road and limited food flexibility.
