Zentrale aber ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick in die Altstadt oder in den Stadtgarten. Hochwertige und gemütliche Ausstattung. Alles, was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Sehr emphatische Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin.

Top Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung .Trotz Bahnhofnähe ruhig . Gute und direkte Kommunikation mit Eigentümer.. Gerne wieder
Allgemein gibt es in Radolfzell in Seenähe die kleinen Mücken. Die kommen sofort ins Innere .. Vielleicht ein Fenster in der Nacht mit engmaschigen Gittern . Dann kommt gute Luft zum Atmen durch.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt in der Innenstadt, der Bahnhof ist in 4 min zu erreichen. Viele Restaurants sind in Laufdistanz. Die Wohnung hat einen beeindruckend großen Fernseher, einen schönen Küchen-Eßplatz mit Spühlmaschine. Im Schlafzimmer liegt man sehr gemütlich unter der Dachschräge. Zum Aufenthalt gehört eine ÖV-Karte, sehr praktisch für kleine Ausflüge.

Die Lage und Aussicht sind einzigartig. Über den Dächern der Stadt schaut man direkt in den Stadtgarten und auf den Bodensee. Das Zentrum von Radolfzell beginnt gleich vor der Haustür, der Bahnhof und See auch in Nähe.
Die Unterkunft hat nichts was man bemängeln kann. Für große Menschen sind die Schrägen ein Nachteil, lässt sich aber in einer Dachwohnung nicht vermeiden. Der Wohnung Überblick geben die Schrägen einen persönlichen Charakter und Charm.
