Sand & Vibes 1

Sand & Vibes is a great vacation spot – good, safe, quiet neighborhood for walking, close to shopping/restaurants. We enjoyed the spacious, very clean house with its huge living room and eating area, 3 couches, 2 huge TVs, full kitchen with modern appliances, and three bedrooms with comfy beds. We especially enjoyed the privacy of the fenced backyard and the covered patio. The pool was nice but unheated and very chilly in early March; however, the hot tub made up for it.

Our criticisms are mostly about little amenities that have been standard in other places we have stayed and were missing here: there were no guidelines posted with instructions, i.e. the wifi password, what day should the trash go out, instructions/cautions about appliances, how to operate the thermostat, anything needing done when we were ready to leave (where to put dirty towels, where to leave the key, what to do with any leftover packaged food, etc). Some little things that one might consider basics were missing: No facial tissues (Kleenex) anywhere in the house (paper napkins stuffed into a tissue box cover are not the same as facial tissues); only 2 washcloths for the 6 of us (after some emails back and forth and a delivery of PAPER towels, more washcloths were delivered on day 3 of our stay).

Clean, nice remodel, great towels, comfortable beds, espresso machine. Located in nice neighborhood.

Pool not heated, no toaster, no machine for regular coffee, iron didn’t work, MB shower very slow drain- had to plunge it.

Logement spacieux, agréable et propre. La piscine, spa et autre jeux dans le garage ont aussi bien appréciés. La communication avec l’hôte était également facile.
