El barrio donde se sitúa el estudio
No explican cómo funcionan algunos aparatoé te (cocina, etc.). No explican bien de antemano cómo es la recepción (acceso inicial, cajetín con código, llaves, etc.). Pasé un mal rato al principio hasta que me enteré cómo era todo. Deben ser más generosos en las explicaciones previas y no esperar al chec-in. Faltó informar bien antes, para saber qué te ibas a encontrar. Falta trato humano y en tu idioma

The location is nice, the area is nice, easy access to different stuff in that part of the city, it's quiet
the room has kitchen equip. and cleaners. The bed is comfy as well, the host was responsive to the questions fast enough
the room looks bigger in photos than real life, the placement of the bed is weird, the couches doesn't serve real purpose there and not comfy, there is unwanted decoration at the foot of the bed, you cannot watch TV either from couch or bed because it's really not comfy
