Das Haus ist gut gelegen, man hat einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich. Der Einrichtungszustand ist schlicht – aber völlig ausreichend. Hier und da fehlt etwas Liebe. Insgesamt war alles sehr sauber. Auf der Terrasse stand noch ein voller Aschenbecher und es lagen ein paar Zigaretten herum. Sowas fällt vermutlich nur einem Nichtraucher auf. Die Küche ist groß und lässt richtiges Kochen zu. Die Dusche sein noch erwähnt, die gefühlte 4 Quadratmeter groß ist. Ursprünglich wohl mal für einen Senior so grosszügig angelegt. Man hat großen Abstand zum Duschvorhang, der einem bei normalen Duschen ja gerne mal auf den Leib rückt.

Man kann immer irgendetwas finden. Wenn man das aber nicht will und Preis/Leistung berücksichtigt, gab es nichts gravierendes zu meckern.
