la vue est magnifique. Le studio est bien situé, au calme, proche de la plage, du sentier des douaniers, du centre, des restaurants. La véranda est agréable et lumineuse.
L'annonce parle d'un appartement avec chambre. En fait il s'agit d'un grand studio ouvert avec lit double et kitchenette

Le logement est idéalement situé avec environnement très calme. Le parking est un plus. La vue est extraordinaire.
Ce n'est pas facile de monter et descendre toutes ses marches pour accéder à l'appartement. Aussi, le logement est un peu trop petit à notre goût.

La proximité immédiate des plages de Perros et du sentier des douaniers pour les randonnées (chemin le long de la résidence qui mène en 2 min au centre de Perros Guirec), la vue exceptionnelle de la véranda!

L'emplacement était idéal.
Le ménage n'était pas fait ou très mal fait et l'hôte n'était pas disponible pour y remédier (et personne pour la remplacer). Nous avons du faire le ménage nous-même à l'arrivée dans le logement et n'étions pas certains que les draps étaient propres.
