The Day after we arrived there was no water in the water taps. It took a few hours and they fixed it. The next day there were water but only cold - no hot water - and also there was a blockage in the shower which they didnt fix but gave me instructions how to fix it. In that evening again there was no water. They stopped answering calls and messages. When i wrote we will not stay they didnt say they will fix it but instead they wrote they are sorry and that they will return the money for the rest of the days. It was 20:00 and i had to order a new accomodation in an instance for that night and the rest of the stay, which cost me more than the original reservation. They refused to return my money and only returned 1100 euros out of 1940 i paid although we stayed only 2 nights of 7 we ordered, and that time there was no water in the apartment. They tried to blame the municipal authrity but the neighbours in the apartments ext to me had water. I filed for a full refund but they declined it and booking wrote me that it is the places decision and that booking cannot intervene.
