Great location (near restaurants and marina/beach) but a very quiet residential area Very clean and spacious / plenty of seating on terrace which had both sun and plenty of shade. Plates, cutlery were attractive and sufficient. Shower was very nice - with a big shelf/seat. Cathy, agent, was very helpful
It was incredibly hot when we were there and we knew there would be no a/c … but the temperature in the apartment was almost unbearable. The heat was exacerbated by the synthetic sheets - cotton will be better. Supply of consumables was erratic - no soap/gel, no shampoo no washing tablet/powder (although there were dishwasher tablets). We couldn’t get an answer on the sign in for French TV channels - so we had restricted viewing of England v France 3rd place play/off.

L'appartement est très bien équipé (une très grande cuisine), propre, bien pensé assez grand pour 4-6 personnes. les chambres sont grandes et il y a beaucoup de rangements. Il est proche du port. Le parking se trouve un peu plus haut que l'accès au logement. L'accès au logements est plutôt pour les personnes mobiles (les marches d'escaliers assez hautes).
Manque de climatisation.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement qui a correspondu à nos attentes: très propre, au calme, bien situé et bien équipé. J’ai pu télétravailler sans problème avec une bonne wifi. Joli patio avec une vue agréable sur le port. Merci à Cathy, Christophe et le propriétaire aux petits soins.
