A cold, damp apartment that never gets any sunlight. There are no radiators or heated towel rails. So if you do your laundry, it takes three days for your laundry to dry and smell damp. Clothes in the closet also feel damp, and the towels you use are always damp. It's cold, and there's a large gap under the front door. The landlord refused to turn up the temperature. The front door is very thin. The sound from the entrance hall is loud, and the bang of the door closing in the morning keeps you awake. The landlord has provided a full set of appliances, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. But be prepared that he won't even leave you with a starter kit for these appliances and will suggest you buy everything at the supermarket. We moved in on a Sunday evening (all stores were closed), and the landlord was aware of this. As you can imagine, on Monday morning, instead of the planned sightseeing tour, I had to search the neighborhood for a supermarket to buy laundry detergent and coffee capsules compatible with the owner's coffee machine. The bathroom is separate, and soap is only available in the toilet. Cosmetics are unavailable in sufficient quantities. These small details suggest the owner's greed and inhospitality. The furnishings are extremely economical and budget-friendly. The photos make this apartment look more appealing than it actually is. I do not recommend this apartment.

It was not clean at the desired level: mold in the bathroom, the hall leading to the room has not been cleaned for some time, the sheets had either hair or some grey stains. Facilities and amenities are scarce. I was staying for 3 days, and very little shower gel was left, clearly not enough. The liquid soap and dishwashing gel were left at the bottom of the bottle and dissolved with water - clearly could be refilled. There was washing machine but no laundry detergent. There was ironing board but no iron, coffee maker but no coffee capsules. The hangers on the wall of the bathroom were torn out, so clothes hangers had to be used to hang towels. Overall, this gives and impression of low quality and poor customer care. Providing these amenities would not cost much but it would surely elevate the service. However, the owner chooses not to do these basic things - out of laziness or lack of thoughtfulness? When I requested to purchase laundry detergent from them, I was refused saying they are not a hotel. However, cleaning personnel could easily leave the detergent in the room. Overall, the place owner needs to start caring about guests more and include laundry detergent and other amenities that a guest needs in their place to feel comfortable.
