The location, we had a basketball tournament and the MEC was only 2 mins away. The house was very nice, roomy, and clean.
The kitchen floors were cracked and when you would walk by the fridge and dishwasher you could feel them shift and pop. The stove, only two burners worked, and the dishwasher door and bottom rack, the door was broken at the bottom and would pop when you would open and close it. The bottom rack seemed like it didn’t go to the dishwasher and it didn’t slide out or in. But these are small things that could be fixed.

Was a nice location
Showers went from scalding hot to freezing cold while showering, dishwasher door is falling off, cooktop stove does not work very well (one burner not at all), skillets and spatulas could definitely be replaced.
