Location to Rainbow Springs, restaurants, and very quiet neighborhood.
The thermostat was difficult to adjust without instructions.

A great stay for 2 people. Very clean and most appealing. Directions particularly on the door access were most helpful. We will definitely like to return when next in town. The owner allowed a one night stay at a most affordable rate. We look forward to a longer visit next time
Weather is now a little colder and additional bedding would be helpful. Dishes and cutlery were adequate...Could be a stretch with additional guests.

The house has all the facilities we needed it for the purpose of our trip. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the location was excellent for us as we needed to be in the area of Beverly Hills. I think the pictures don’t do justice to what the house actually looks like.
Everything was good. Bathroom is a bit old but we did not mind. Also there is a laundrette round the corner to wash your clothes if you need to.

It was cozy and quiet.
A washer and dryer would have been convenient. Early check in is not an option. You just get suggested to rent for another day which seems pretty extreme. If you misplace one towel or wash cloth it will cost you $30.
