8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

Nice size room and good location for restaurants and subway train station. One stop from main HBF. Friendly and helpful staff

6 / 10Average·Oct 2026
Location is superb; just outside the city centre, surrounded by cafes and eateries, and only 30 metres from the train station with direct links to the airport and the HBF. Comfy bed.
Friendly staff are only on the premises for about 30 minutes a day (if that); the rooms are basic with a capital B (just the one coat hanger? Seriously?) The bathroom in my room was adequate, but in my colleagues' room it was archaic. Lovely being by the church over the street but boy, those bells...you won't need an alarm clock, that's for sure.
