Finca Vinco II with heated pool

Nice and peaceful away from the main roads, located on the top of a hill inbetween banana and other fruit plantatios with its own private driveway sharing a driveway woth a slightly larger villa. Very clean and well maintained throughout. The letting agent and owner where both great, fast to respond to any queries, or issues (the main private entrance gate came of the rail due to the exposed location and strong winds that day), we got back and the owner was leaveing having already fixing it in little over an hour! The owner even gave us a lift to the taxi point in Alcala after leaving our car at the hotel of our friends wedding, he was working on the other villa by chance one day and saw us walking as he owns both villas. The road to the villa is very steep for around 1k, a hire car is essential as taxi drivers didnt know where it was without showing them on maps. Modern and functional, great pool and it is larger than it looks on the pictures throughout. We will definitely return next time we visit the island.

No air con but wasn't an issue with the breeze up and over the hillside so the villa soon cools down. Quite a lot of tiny ants around the kitchen but this is to be expected in the relatively remote location and plantations. No bites etc of any kind so again no real issue.
