Everything. An amazing introduction to Bangkok and chill place to stay, close to the action but still just enough out the way to feel very relaxed. Sam the owner is absolutely lovely and will help with anything. Beautiful garden chill out space, well worth the booking.

Very friendly and kind staff! The staff were truly 10/10. All of them went out of their way to ensure you had a good time and enjoyed Thailand. I didn’t have an adapter and the owner lent me hers the entire stay! I had a sunburn and the volunteers gave me her aloe Vera! They were overly generous and never asked for anything in return. I hope no one takes average of their good hearts. The owner also makes a real effort for security and to give piece of mind to the guests. She offers to store valuables and chains the entrance overnight. This helped a lot of young travellers mentally who had never left home before.

The location in Old Bangkok is great and being on a side street it quiet. Its quite a charming little area with laneways & close to restaurants, cafes & supermarkets. Staff are great, friendly & readily available with information & will go above & beyond to help you with any of your needs & questions. The garden area is a great place to hang out at any time of the day, it also has a great social vibe about the place.

Lack of bedside power outlets, no shelf at bed area, lack of toilet paper, no towels, the showers could be cleaner. No hot water at all. No coffee or tea supplied but there is a hot water dispenser. No cold water dispenser to top up your own water bottles. Beds are harder than normal, they are like a wooden board!
