Location was excellent. We hired a car, but walked into Orotava every evening. It's just round the corner to the left, first left road up the hill, and you're in Orotava - took us 10 minutes walk. The house is excellent. Well equipped, and a beautiful back garden with good garden furniture to relax in. Its a spacious house, beautifully decorated and modern. Good utility room with washing machine and iron, clothes line outside. Directions to bungalow were excellent and keys were in a lock box at the gate.
The door to the en-suite bathroom didn't close tight, and the shower drain was slow, so we turned down the force of the shower so it didn't flood the bathroom. The bed in the en-suite bedroom not very comfortable for us, a bit hard. Small problems really, it was an excellent house.
