Not good for long stances

Que era pequeño.

We arrived and were surprised by the location. It was impossible to park outside — to the point that we couldn’t drive most days because finding a parking spot was impossible. The ad says it’s ideal for long stays, which is not true, as there’s no washing machine and not even proper knives to cut vegetables or meat. We asked for one, but they brought us a bread knife instead, which was not what we requested. It’s also not suitable for long stays because it’s not equipped for real cooking — you can basically only boil potatoes or heat up frozen pizzas. The location is down some stairs, in a basement with poor ventilation and occasional noise that made it hard to sleep. Nowhere in the ad does it say it’s a basement with two small windows. I came with a neck injury and walking is difficult for me. The man who answered the phone when I called to ask for a refund told me that it’s not possible to list it as a basement on Booking, or that they don’t allow it, and then he said that nobody had ever complained before. These things could easily be improved, but what really upset us was the level of dirtiness. It’s literally about 20 square meters, with almost empty drawers. I just can’t understand how such a small place can be left uncleaned when they’re charging the same as much better apartments. It’s in an area with no parking, where you have to go to a laundromat to wash your clothes — carrying your bag of dirty laundry because you can’t bring your car, since there’s nowhere to park. The woman was very kind, that’s true, but I don’t think she’s entirely responsible. If you advertise it as suitable for long stays, make sure it actually has everything needed for that. Make it clear that it’s in a basement, because people like me with mobility issues, or even older guests, might book it. Not everything should be about money.

Perfect location if you want to visit the city and don't intend to spend so much time in the flat.

It has basically everything you need (no machine to wash clothes though) but you should be aware that it is in a small basement. The location is perfect.

Bon pour un court séjour et bien placé

L'emplacement idéal pour moi, quartier calme mais un peu sale, logement très bien équipé (même s'il n'y avait pas de micro-onde, il y avait un four et tout ce qu'il faut)

Logement humide, au sous-sol, on entendait du temps en temps du bruit des voisins ou de la rue (uniquement un bruit de moteur quelque part à côté, sinon tout était calme), on pourrait vouloir un logement un peu plus propre (mais ça va, c'est bon en général)

まず、チャットアプリを使用していつでも質問ができたり、到着時間変更の対応をしてくれたりと、到着前からサポートが万全でした。アギア・ソフィア聖堂まで徒歩で15分ほどなので、非常にアクセスも良いと思います。徒歩数分圏内にスーパーやカフェ、レストランも多いため、かなり便利です。部屋自体も綺麗なうえ、設備も万全で本当に快適でした。
