About this house rental

The holiday home is located in Haren Emsland in a nice quiet location with numerous recreational opportunities nearby.
The property is fully furnished including a t. v., DVD player, dishwasher, 4 hot plates, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Thanks to the bathroom and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, the house is also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
On the ground floor there is an entrance with access to the bathroom and living room. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The living room is spacious and light with garden doors all around and also has an open kitchen with dining area. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and French doors to the terrace.
On the first floor is a landing with 3 spacious bedrooms and the bathroom.
One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have two single beds. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet.
Outside is a large lawn, beautiful garden and spacious terrace with garden furniture and a roof. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the peace and space.
This property is not rented to groups consisting exclusively of young people.
At 200 meters walking distance you can go to EVE Spa, Sauna and Beauty salon.

Haus gut aufgeteilt, Verwalterin sehr entgegenkommend und bemüht, der Backofen muss erneuert werden, wünschenswert wäre ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Matratzen sind super bequem, Garten und Terrasse sind sehr groß und schön. Anders als in einigen Rezessionen genannt fanden wir einen neuwertigen größeren Grill vor.

Tolles gepflegtes Haus und schöner großer Garten. Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Rollstuhlgerecht, aber leider keine ebenerdige Dusche. Der Grill ist Schrott und müsste erneuert werden. Ansonsten alles top. Sehr nette Vermieter. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.
