Bien située, maison agréable avec tout le nécessaire. Spacieuse et pleine de charme.

La villa est très bien entretenue, elle est au calme et avec tous le confort nécessaire. Piscine au top, avec douche et SDB a coté. Coin barbecue a cote de la piscine avec éclairage. Buanderie avec machine a laver.
RAS. A NOTER : La villa est accessible par des escaliers à l'entrée. Info pour PMR et déchargement et chargement des bagages et courses. Dommage qu'il n'y ais pas de projecteurs dans la piscine(éclairage). De plus, il serait bon de songer à donner 2 jeu de clefs (Portillon et porte d'entrée) aux locataires. lorsque l'on est plusieurs, certains sortent le soir et d'autres vont visiter la journée....
