The location was central, within the old town and near everything. It was very quiet and I was able to sleep well.
In addition to the coffee and tea, the kitchen has the basic equipment if you want to prepare food in the room.
The owner is a very nice man and made extra effort to make my stay comfortable.
There are two stairs going into the room when you open the door, and one up to the bed. I mention this just to be aware when you enter.

Perfect location- right in the centre of things, yet quiet

The apartment is in an excellent location, with an entrance directly from the street, making it easily accessible with suitcases or a stroller. You can tell the property is well cared for – it is clean and well maintained. Quiet during the nights.
I didn’t like the smell in the apartment – it may be due to the age of the building or humidity. The apartment is not easy to ventilate because several air conditioning units are located right outside the courtyard-facing windows, creating noise and blowing out hot air. The mattress squeaks, but it is comfortable to sleep on.

Location is perfect. Right in the heart of the old town. The host was very helpful.
The flat wasn't completely clean, I think someone had smoked in there and the smell had lingered a bit. Of course this is not the host's fault. The bathroom wasn't clean, particularly the toilet and shower but the location and price made up for this.
