Confort, location near the ironman start,
I tried for 45 days to talk with the owner and the team that he outsource the communication for booking.com and I received no answer about a late checkout. I made the ironman and I had to bath in the lake. When I arrived in miami, I saw the owner answered me that I could have stayed until later. Nice owner, bad communications, bad outsourcing of the booking messaging tools.
