Ótima localização, central, próximo a vários locais de interesse. Ambientes de bom tamanho, dois banheiros completos, camas confortáveis
O apartamento não estava limpo, as toalhas de banho estavam com cheiro ruim, faltam alguns materiais de limpeza, como pano de chão e pano de prato
