La situation géographique, dans un quartier calme, un peu à l’écart du centre-ville, mais bien pourvu en commerces de tous genres. La communication avec l’hôte, toujours réactif et aimable. Le confort et les équipements de l’appartement. La place de stationnement suffisamment spacieuse, située en sous-sol de l’immeuble avec un accès facile aux étages par ascenseur et une une rampe d’accès et couloirs de parking faciles. Bien que nous ne l’ayons pas utilisée, nous avons bien aimé la très originale petite terrasse équipée d’un barbecue !
Rien à reprocher à cette location. Nous pourrions facilement y revenir…

Location is pretty good. Bus stop is not far. In general nice apartments, except few problems with AC and ants.
AC was not working. There were some ants in kitchen and bathroom.
