Beautiful property, but I probably should have kept searching.
The property is beautiful and spacious, perfect for large families. Also we like the security of needing several codes and keys to access not only the main gate from the street, but also the building! The staff is kind and offer quick responses. Love how many bedrooms and bathrooms were available!
I was so disappointed that the very first thing we saw upon check-in was a filthy, stained area rug in the living room. For $4K for the week, I absolutely expected all decor to be in pristine condition just like the photos. That rug should’ve been replaced before we arrived. Also, when you have a family staying for 5 nights +, a cleaning service should be included mid-week for no additional costs, as we’ve already paid enough. Lastly, nothing makes you feel more at home than an ample supply of towels and washcloths. Those should be swapped out for the dirty ones and fresh ones provided at least twice during our stay. Small things like trash bags should also be available for guests. Lots of cigarette butts outside the building but I understand it’s a residential property.
