Great location, coffee shop in the lobby does amazing breakfasts. 2 mini marts on the ground floor are handy for basics.

The shower took a little setting up to get good flow and temperature. But one it was done its been good all the time

Apartment was very clean and had all the basic amenities we needed including good WIFI, AC, a great view (able to watch the sunset from the 28th floor). Having gym, pool, grocers, hairdresser etc. in the same house makes it very comfortable. Petrona tours easily reachable by foot.

Sometimes no response from host when I wrote them (just automatic response that was not really tailored to my question). Kitchen only includes absolute essentials for 2 people. Could be a bit better stocked.

I liked the location, swimming pool. Staff were friendly. The kitchen had what we needed (including a microwave, coffee machine and a washing machine). We didn’t have to go searching for laundry place and the place was large with nice lounge and 2 bathrooms.

No toilet paper. The Internet does not reach one of the rooms. Although the place was clean, the cleaner missed a few spots 😄. The glass and mirrors might have been wiped with a dirty cloth.

Reaching the host was almost impossible. We informed about our check in time in advance still we had to chase the host to get the keys. Once we landed, we tried reaching the host via booking.com (no response), a phone call (it said phone number not reachable), a text message (no response), Whatsapp call (someone answered and asked us to message instead). Finally we messaged and received an automated response saying "Thank you for your message but we are not here." Then we received a very confusing message asking us to share the QR code with the security guard. A QR code that we never received from the host. Finally we managed to get that code and the keys. This is one of the worst experiences in terms of host responsiveness. Also, the property was spacious and clean but the washroom was very dingy.
