El piso muy limpio, cómodo, práctico, rodeado de restaurantes y comercios, cerca de la parada de metro Canal St. Silencioso y lo necesario para la estancia en NY.
Me he tirado una semana antes de mi llegada enviando mensajes, y sin respuesta alguna. Cuando llegué a NY también envié mensaje y sin contestación, llegué a la localización del alojamiento según Booking, ESTÁ MAL EL NÚMERO DEL ALOJAMIENTO, llegué y era un edificio en obras, imaginad mi cara al llegar, nos iba a dar algo... Llamé por tfn y no me contestó, volví a llamar y recibí un mensaje a las 16:00, era la 1er comunicación que tenía del alojamiento. A partir de aquí todo fue fluido, nos dieron el apartamento a las 17:00 de la tarde porque estaban limpiando; el día de la salida pudimos dejar las maletas en el alojamiento hasta las 13:30, mientras lo limpiaban.

Keys: 2 sets of keys!!!
Rooms: The apartment was nice and had enough space for 4 adults and a toddler. Each room had 2 windows. One room had a king size bed and plenty of space for the pack and play bed for our toddler. It nice that the apartment had a pack and play bed free of charge. The other room is a bit smaller but it fits two twin beds with a smaller walking space. Both rooms had closet space. It was enough space for use to unpack and sleep. Each bedroom has its own cooling/heating unit.
Kitchen: It has a nicely stocked kitchen. We only used the coffee machine and dishes. Lights were great - bright overhead lights and under cabinet lights.
Bathroom: It is a small bathroom, but it works and gets the job done.
Living room: plenty of space for 4 adults and it’s is a long thin table with two bar stools. Next to it there were 4 folding chairs. We didn’t use the tv but it was there along with 2 boars games.
Location: This place is in Chinatown, next to Little Italy, and close to two different subways. We picked this location so we could walk to the Brooklyn Bridge, the 911 Memorial, Battery Park to catch the ferry to the Statue of Liberty, Charging Bull, NYSE, and Fearless Girl. We took the subway to see the other sites.
No elevator, but the flights of stairs are not bad. We didn’t mind it. We would definitely stay here again.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral & sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Man hat alles was man für ein Paar Tage benötigt.

Location is great, it was fairly comfortable
There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, one of the cabinet doors was falling off, the kitchen was very minimally stocked and the silverware was in a weird place behind the broken cabinet door. The Microwave and toaster oven took up all the counter space. There was no coffee or end tables making the only place to comfortably eat sitting on w stools facing a blank wall (in a two bedroom, you should consider that 3 or more people will be likely.
