The location was absolutely amazing. Loved loved loved it! It was overall a very nice place just not 5 star. Jack from maintenance was especially friendly and helpful.
The furnishings and linens were not well kept. There was a lot of advertisement of 5 star. The bed frame was dusty and there were spills down the walls by the nightstand and the couches had a lot of stains. The beds were really uncomfortable as well. The linens were kinda ragged including the sheets and only one tiny little towel per person (didn’t even cover my body) for 4 nights(wouldn’t consider this 5 star) also that we rented a beach house for a premium price per night and had to pay extra for beach towels and chairs and such. I would expect this to be included for guests. We’ve stayed at many beach properties all over and they are stocked up with anything beach related you can think of! Overall we had a great visit but that’s just our feedback as far as getting to that 5 star rating. Thanks again!
