Good location with amazing boulancherie close to the apartment (opens from 7 am). Nice entrance. The owner was very attentive to all demands. Bed sheets were very good! Even though there was a sofa there, not a bed, it was comfortable to sleep!
One of the two mixer taps in the shower doesn’t work. There is no place to put toilet paper or any belongings in the bathroom (while it’s not so difficult to provide it). There is no a wardrobe rob or a closet, you can find just hooks inside the bathroom. There is a smell of the old damp house. The underfloor heating did not work and made strange sounds when turned on. You have to transfer 200 euros of deposit, but officially it’s not a deposit transfer. So the bank counts it like a usual money transfer and charged me for 3 euros commission first and 15 euros commission back for the international transfer. So I’ve lost 18 euros.

Could walk to historical area in 45 minutes and Montmartre. Lots of small cafes nearby and breakfast cafe across the street. Very quiet as inside unit. Clean. Great communication with owners.
Inside unit had window to a courtyard where construction going on 9 to 5 p.m. Unit small for 2 people.
