Nestled along the Ligurian Coast, this seashore apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Sanremo. A tastefully designed apartment on the fourth floor, it has a private balcony with wonderful views and offers the convenience of a lift. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by the bright living room with minimal furniture like a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table set and a credenza. Adjacent to this is the bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, accompanied by a desk and a chair, creating a suitable environment for remote workers or children.
For self-catering, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker hob, a Moka coffee machine, an electric kettle, a microwave, an oven and a fridge with a freezer.
Outside, the balcony is accessed from the living room and the bedroom, ideal for outdoor dining. The cosy apartment is suitable for guests of all age groups and is a perfect base for a beach holiday.
