About this house rental
Welcome to Sunny Days!
• Private Home 2 Bed/2 Bath in Carolina Beach
• Easy walk to the beach! 0.3 miles to the closest public beach access
• Front Porch: Sectional Couch, Propane Fire Pit & Ring Toss!
• Dedicated Exercise Space!
The Space
• One King Bedroom, One queen murphy bed in office/second bedroom
• Full kitchen with all essential amenities
• 4 Complimentary Beach Chairs
• High-speed WiFi & Smart Roku TVs
• Pack ‘n’ play and high chair available if desired.
• Parking available for 2 cars in front of the home.
• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT provided.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

🔏 Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.
🅿️ Parking - When pulling into the driveway & facing the house from the street, please park only on the left side of the driveway. Sunny Days is located in the top level of the duplex and the ground level studio apartment is assigned the right side of the driveway.
🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.
🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.
🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.
🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.
🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.
🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.
📜 Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a signed rental agreement prior to check-in, as required under North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42A-10). This is completed through our complimentary guest portal, which also offers optional keyless entry and check-in convenience features.

We’re happy to welcome dogs with prior approval!
Please message us for pet approval before booking
• Pets must be added to the reservation during booking
• A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies per stay
• Maximum of 2 dogs; no other animals permitted
• Dogs must be fully housebroken
• Please clean up after your pet
• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or linens
• No cats permitted due to a family allergy
We kindly ask that you treat the home with care, as if it were your own. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, comfortable retreat where guests can truly relax and make lasting memories. This property is professionally managed by Host Help Property Management. Our team is available to assist with any questions or needs during your stay, with office hours from 8am–12am EST.

View was coastal trees, other cute houses, seaside town, not the ocean however we could here it quite well at high tide. It was quiet and clean and cheerful there... lots of space, TONS of great amenities, comfy beds and sofas and chairs. THe host responded well to our inquiry too!
