Spectacular Cantabrian house just 5 minutes from Cabezón de la Sal, where you will have all the services (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies, etc.). The house has an excellent location as it´s only 15 minutes away from some of the best beaches of Cantabria or towns with a great tourist attraction such as Comillas or Santillana del Mar. It ´s ideal for families, or groups of up to 8 people who will enjoy the spaciousness of its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms + 1 toilet. The house is distributed on two floors: - The first floor houses the kitchen open to the living and dining room with a central island where you can enjoy great appetizers with your family or friends. In addition, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom and a comfortable courtesy toilet. This floor has direct access to the garden area and the nice porch with a dinning table. - On the second floor is the rest area. It has three double bedrooms, with two single beds in each of them as well as fitted closets. In addition, on this floor there are two more complete bathrooms that are shared by the three bedrooms. In addition to the interior rooms, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a comfortable toilet, the house has a spectacular porch with capacity for 8 people to enjoy its private garden or barbecue on summer evenings.
