The property was as described in the listing. There are a few maintenance things around the property that stuck out but overall very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. Very good experience.

The home was just as described. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host is extremely responsive and very quickly resolved even minor issues. We enjoyed the sunrises every morning reflecting off of the water and outlining the Dallas skyline. The location was great as we had planned activities in Ft. Worth, Dallas and Grapevine areas. Everything was easy to get to and not more than a 30 minute drive.

The house looks like the pictures. All the bedding was dirty, had to wash all of them when we got there. Horrendous allergies during the whole trip. View was beautiful but the backyard was covered with the fern like leaves lost by the two giant trees and my dogs would get covered with them every time they get to go out. Very frustrating trying to pick everything out.
