My family of four recently staid here. 2 adults, 7 and 9 yr old kids. Great time! Pool was my kids favorite part. House was clean, and spacious. Exactly as pictured. Community pool was great!

Beautiful home! Loved everything about it, the rooms were spacious, Shopping was around the corner! The community pool , lazy river, and slides were a bonus. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with perks.. this is the place!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you Lee for helping me make unforgettable memories with my family.

The positives. The townhouse was very nice. Clean. Great layout. The property manager was quick to respond and very nice to work with. Outside is well maintained too. The ‘wish we knew befores’ It’s farther from the community pool & activities than what it seemed like on the map. Definitely a drive. But that is on us for not scouting that better. The listing said you can bring a dog up to 20 lbs but never mentioned there was a fee for it. To have the pool heated, there is a fee that’s not mentioned. We had to Zelle 225 as we were driving to Florida for these unexpected charges. As for the community, it is gated but the code never worked once and they digitally open the gate for anyone who beeps in- so it doesn’t truly feel ‘gated’. The pool & dog fee - may be a VRBO assumption, that we were just not aware of but we would’ve liked to see that mentioned in the listing because the extra fee put us outside what was budgeted for the stay and was very last minute.
