We visited the Acadia / Bar Harbor area. Orland was approximately 40 minutes from that area. The apartment was very clean & comfortable, we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. It’s located on a small lake, and is surrounded by lots of trees.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. All the fixtures and furnishings were new, and the view of the lake was so nice. There were even games and playing cards, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The location is easy access to the highway and grocery store - 30 minutes to Acadia National Park.

The lake was lovely, the Dock was broken, ladder broken, garbage half full, deck a mess, air conditioning less than adequate. Very difficult to sleep when so hot.
