The only issue I had was the TV / Remote not working (which really wasn't a big deal and the Host took care of it) and there was some stains in the carpet when I arrived, but the Host took care of that immediately as well. The Host was very responsive and promptly addressed any issues I had. They also were very helpful when I needed to extend my stay. This location is great and made a terrific summer apartment.

Plumbing, electricity, explain about tv's in bedrm., cable??..no name or account numbers to refer to when called about cable outage?? Microwave would be handy in kitchen! Entire place could have been cleaner. It was nice to have a washer/dryer! Eddie was nice & as helpful as he could be. Also need new mattress on king bed! Beautiful town, beach!
