Beautiful view of the canal and a short walk to the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance.
This unit is very well kept.
Downside is you have to walk 3 flights of stairs and no access to washer/dryer on site.

Pros:
The location cannot be beat - close to beach and the boardwalk.
Absolutely gorgeous balcony view. Loved watching the boats and the sunset over the water. We saw dolphins and many birds.
The place was clean upon arrival.
Cons:
-Parking a little tight for large SUV
-Communication was frustrating. We received a text about adding late checkout. We were unable to pay so I called guest support through Vacasa. Between three phone calls, four different people texting me, I guess it was figured out. Or it wasn’t but we paid and nobody came in while we were there.
-kitchen could use some more gadgets and cookware but we made do
-living room furniture was not super comfortable to lay down and rest.
Overall, I would return to the building but probably wouldn’t return to anything with Vacasa. While they were polite, it seemed like they didn’t know enough about the property in NC or anything to be helpful.
