Relax and enjoy in this Beautiful, updated Villa in Gated Seaside Villas located right on the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza! This Top floor Villa has a water view from a Private Balcony. Seaside Villas features direct beach access, a pool, sun deck, outdoor showers, bike storage, covered parking, and bbq grills. Bike or walk to to shopping & dining or the Celebration Park!
We are sharing our family villa with you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Our villa is located in Seaside Villas II that is right on the beach.
Featuring one bedroom with a queen bed and queen pull out sofa in the Living Room.
Two TV's and Wi-Fi access throughout the villa.
The Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has plenty of dinnerware, wine glasses, both a drip coffee maker and keurig, toaster, blender, and more. There are community grills for use.
We have put a small table with 2 chairs in the unit for dining and removed the bar stools that is shown in the photos.
Additional amenities include a hairdryer, iron, and small ironing board.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or a nice glass of wine in the evening!
Complimentary beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach buggy are provided for use.
Smoking is not allowed inside or on the balcony!
The Villa is ready with fresh linens, bath towels, and starter amenities. We DO NOT include beach towels so please do not forget to pack those.
Don't forget to bring your beach bag, sunscreen and quarters for the washer and dryers that are located on each floor of the complex!

The sunrises are beautiful and the morning walks on the beach are the best!
You can rent bikes locally that will be delivered and bike all over the island!
Coligny Plaza is just steps away and just a short walk to get there. There is a grocery store, theater, restaurants, shopping, ice cream and more there!
The Low Country Celebration Park with its playscapes, playground, amphitheater, children's museum, and green space is right across the street from the beach!

In regards to Service animals: Guest have to pre-register the animal with the HOA in advance, and requests can be denied. There is a fine of $500 per day issued by the HOA for failure to comply with the request in advance.
The owner of this villa is allergic and doesn't allow animals.
